By accessing or purchasing from this site, you (“you,” “customer,” “user”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
1. Website Use & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this website complies with all laws applicable to your location.
2. Product Information & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Products sold on RinglessGear.com are made to order through third-party fulfillment partners, including Printify and its network of print providers.
- Production and shipping times may vary by region.
- Images, colors, mockups, sizing, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final physical product.
3. Ordering, Payments & Billing
We accept payment via third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other approved gateways.
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be cancelled or refused at our sole discretion if suspected fraud or misuse is detected.
4. Shipping — Domestic & International
We ship both within the United States and internationally.
- International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and duties.
- Once an order is accepted by the carrier, shipping delays, loss, misdelivery, or damage become the responsibility of the carrier, although we will assist where possible.
5. Returns, Refunds & Defective Items
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change-of-mind.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must submit a request within 30 days of delivery to custserv@ringlessgear.com with clear photo evidence.
– You do not need to return the item.
– We will provide either a free reprint or
a refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, branding, slogans, and product concepts—is the exclusive property of RinglessGear.com (Jella Design Studio LLC) and protected under U.S. and international law.
Unauthorized use, copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product at issue.

We may link to third-party apps or services (e.g., Printify, payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or performance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York.
