Jets Draft Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by Jella Design Studio LLC, doing business as Ringless Gear (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Promotion Period: The contest begins on April 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on April 23, 2026 at 8:30 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter: Participants may enter by submitting an entry via the official sign-up form (linked via Instagram or other channels), including an email address and an answer to the contest question: “Who will the New York Jets select with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft?” Limit one (1) entry per person/email. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. To enter without signing up, email your name, email, and prediction to custserv@ringlessgear.com before the Promotion Period ends.
- Winner Determination: After the 2026 NFL Draft first-round selection by the New York Jets is announced, entries will be reviewed. Participants who correctly predict the Jets’ No. 2 overall pick will be eligible for prizes. Only the first 100 correct eligible entries received will be awarded prizes, based on the order in which entries are received.
- Prizes: First 20 eligible winners will receive one (1) free Ringless Gear T-shirt (Approximate Retail Value: $25 each). Next 30 eligible winners will receive one (1) discount code for 50% off one item. Next 50 eligible winners will receive one (1) discount code for 25% off one item. Total number of prizes: 100. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of correct predictions submitted.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email within 5 days of the draft result. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Physical prizes will be shipped within the United States only. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays or lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, social handle, and entry response for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize, including technical issues or platform failures.
- Platform Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
- Privacy Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering via the sign-up form, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Ringless Gear. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or violates these rules. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
- Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
